How quickly will support reply?
During early access, support is handled manually. Urgent app-account or privacy requests are prioritised before general product feedback.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Send a deletion request from the email tied to your waitlist or app account. The production app also includes privacy controls for export and deletion flows.
Can support interpret health results?
No. daygauge can explain app signals and product boundaries, but it cannot diagnose, treat, prevent or predict disease risk.
Where are billing controls?
Subscriptions are not live yet. When Pro launches, cancellation and refund flows will follow Apple App Store and Google Play account controls.
